Supraspinatus tendon This is the supraspinatus, in this picture there is the head of the humerus, then the supraspinatus, and over that is the deltoid muscle. You can move medially, and laterally, to examine the tendon, it looks normal. Moving to the cross-sectional image, medially in this cuff is the biceps tendon that you can see to the left. The rest of this, all this is the cuff, with the supraspinatus, infraspinatus and teres.
