Patient  history: 58 year-old woman that previously was hysterectomized. Now a cystic tumor of the right ovary was detected by CT. A bilateral oophorectomy was performed.

This low power micrograph shows ovarian stroma upper left and neoplastic tissue in the lower part, separated from normal ovarian stroma by a fibrous capsule (see labelling by hitting '?').

Question: Which components does the tumor tissue consist of?
